The IEEE standard to determine physical parameters of piezoceramics has been utilized for decades by many researchers, yet it omits presence of important loss factors and possesses serious deficits that restrict accurate parameter determination. To resolve these issues, the partial electrode (PE) method was previously proposed, though the focus has been merely made on development of the method itself. In this study, we provide method simplification and more detailed analysis. The omission of unnecessary samples greatly boosts experiment and analysis process. To prove that the PE method is reliable, possible causes of errors were investigated; it is shown that they were either negligibly small or can be resolved with proper calibration. Furthermore, Applicability of PE method to various types of piezoceramic materials and compatibility with impedance analyzers are shown. Finally, PE method is proved to be reliable and can be alternative to IEEE Standard on Piezoelectricity.  相似文献

The aggregation of α-synuclein into small soluble aggregates and then fibrils is important in the development and spreading of aggregates through the brain in Parkinson's disease. Fibrillar aggregates can grow by monomer addition and then break into fragments that could spread into neighboring cells. The rate constants for fibril elongation and fragmentation have been measured but it is not known how large an aggregate needs to be before fibril formation is thermodynamically favorable. This critical size is an important parameter controlling at what stage in an aggregation reaction fibrils can form and replicate. We determined this value to be approximately 70 monomers using super-resolution and atomic force microscopy imaging of individual α-synuclein aggregates formed in solution over long time periods. This represents the minimum size for a stable α-synuclein fibril and we hypothesis the formation of aggregates of this size in a cell represents a tipping point at which rapid replication occurs.  相似文献

Hydrogen generation through solar-water splitting is expected to address the global energy crisis by providing a source for a safer and sustainable alternative fuel. Herein, we report a facile synthesis of Cu2O nanowires and show that the magnetic field could influence the nanowires’ distribution and alignment. Orientation of nanowires was observed to become more inclined towards the magnetic field lines as the values of full-width at half maximum decreased from 140° to 46.2° with the increase in the field strength. Crystallographic, morphological, optoelectronic, and photoelectrochemical properties of the constructed p-n homojunction were analyzed by using different characterization techniques. A high built-in potential of +0.93 V vs. RHE was observed for a 50 nm layer of n-Cu2O over p-Cu2O nanowires that resulted in a significantly high photocurrent density of −7.42 mA/cm2. The stability in the photoelectrochemical medium was maintained for 14 h, generating 20 mmol/cm2 of H2.  相似文献

Interfacial hydrophobic/hydrophilic reaction fields significantly affect various reactions at the electrode surface. The hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and the hydrogen oxidation reaction (HOR) have been investigated on single crystal Pt electrodes modified with hydrophobic/hydrophilic cations and anion-exchange copolymers in alkaline solutions. In alkali metal hydroxide solutions, Pt (110) exhibits the highest HER/HOR activity in the low-index planes of Pt. On the low-index planes of Pt, the hydrophilicity of the alkali metal cation in the supporting electrolyte activates the HER/HOR depending on its hydration energy. Hydrophilic cations at the interface facilitate the extraction of hydrogen from the hydrated water. The modification of anion-exchange copolymers with a hydrophobic skeleton on Pt (110) further enhanced the HER/HOR activity. The hydrogen bonding network formed around the hydrophobic species facilitated the mobility of water molecules and the OH as the reactant/product of the HER/HOR. Appropriately forming hydrophilic and hydrophobic reaction fields at the interface improved the HER/HOR activity.  相似文献

A submerged macrophyte sediment microbial fuel cell (SP-SMFC) was constructed in this study. Ceratophyllum demersum L., Vallisneria natans, Hydrilla verticillate were chosen as the submerged plants to form cer-SMFC, val-SMFC, hyd-SMFC systems. Plant groups showed the advantage of bioelectricity generation and pollutants removal compared with the unplanted system. The cer-SMFC group stood out with the maximum power density as 24.56 mW m?2 and the average pollutants removal in overlying water (COD: 81.16%, TN: 65.27%, TP: 79.10%) and in sediments (TN: 26.40%, TP: 21.79%). The determination of root exudates and radial oxygen loss (ROL) demonstrated that C. demersum L. was superior to other studied submerged macrophytes. More root exudates may contribute to an increase in available substrates for electrochemically active bacteria and other microorganisms. Higher enzyme activities were obtained in three SP-SMFCs (especially in cer-SMFC). ATPase and APA activities in cer-SMFC group were increased by over 40% compared with the control. The results indicated that the presence of plants enhanced the microorganism activities, thereby improving bioelectricity generation and pollutants removal. This study will facilitate the application of SP-SMFC technology as an alternative for in situ remediation of polluted sediments.  相似文献

以转基因水稻中最常用的CaMV35S启动子、NOS终止子、Cry1Ab/Ac基因、HPT基因及SPS水稻内标基因为研究对象,利用5 种不同的荧光信号(FAM、HEX、Taxas Red、Cy5、Cy5.5)进行多重实时聚合酶链式反应(real-time polymerase chain reaction,real-time PCR)检测方法的研究。通过引物组合筛选、反应体系优化、特异性测试、灵敏度测试、适用性测试等一系列实验,建立了5 重real-time PCR方法,灵敏度可达0.032%。此方法具有灵敏度高、结果准确、通量大等优点,可实现水稻中转基因成分的快速、高效检测。  相似文献

The behaviors and kinetics of hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) on pure aluminum with passive film in the presence and absence of chloride ion are quantitatively investigated by using the tip generation/substrate collection mode of scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) with dual Al/Pt ultramicroelectrode (UME) as tip electrode and Pt UME as substrate electrode. The standard rate constants k0 and transfer coefficients αH of HER in ClO4- and Cl-containing solution are 6.9 × 10−7 cm/s and 0.22, 7.1 × 10−6 cm/s and 0.19, respectively. Results show that the kinetic of HER is slow and the destruction of Cl on passive film can significantly promote the HER on Al surface. Moreover, these αH far less than commonly used 0.5 in corrosion research, can explain the great difference between theoretical Tafel slopes and experimental results. Besides, the existence of current plateau in Al electrode explains the large difference in corrosion potential during parallel testing.  相似文献

研制了一套基于STM32单片机与单轴摇摆台的测试系统,利用固定圆心、固定半径条件下的圆内三角形关系,通过拉线传感器采集单轴摇摆台复合运动中的升沉数据;同时,对惯性导航设备输出的升沉数据进行采集与处理。对测试系统输出的升沉数据进行了验证,实验结果表明:该测试系统的测试数据准确合理,可实现对惯性导航设备升沉参数的动态测试,弥补了现有同类测试系统的结构复杂、量程小等不足。  相似文献
